If I am local, can I hand deliver mail to your head office?

Yes, you can hand-deliver your mail via a drop box available at Head Office, located at 470 Weber St N, Waterloo, Ontario. To access the drop box, enter the front entrance, and proceed to the 3rd (top) floor. The box is located at the top of the stairs.

I am expecting, or requesting a payment for a claim or other transaction, how will the funds be sent to me?

To use Online Banking, ensure you select “Serenia Life Financial” as the payee, and enter your complete policy number as the account number. The policy number must include any leading zeroes as well as any alphanumeric characters. Visit Online Payment Option for complete instructions.
